Hey! Only six years into our doing dinner we are now posting our menus beyond just the e-mail! Advance publicity! What a concept! Although we try to keep this page up-to-date, things do change. Please give us a call at (413) 628-4003 if you’d like to confirm a certain dish or the price (which we set after we do the shopping.) We serve from 5pm – 8:30pm.
Friday March 28th
It’s cold out there!!! Son is warming us up with comfort food tonight!
Fresh baked baguette served with rich and creamy Goat Rising Chevre and Kalamata olives.
Fresh baked baguette served with a selection of Goat Rising Chevre, cheddar, and Gouda cheeses and Kalamata olives.
Sauteed calamari with butter, garlic and red pepper flakes served with seasoned mixed greens tossed in an aged balsamic dressing.
New Orleans Style Clam Chowder
Fresh shucked local clams in a fennel and saffron tomato base with russet potatoes and citrus zest.
Fresh homemade mozzarella cheese tortellini in a vegetarian broth with roasted kale, vegetarian sausage and basil.
Toasted Butternut Squash Ravioli
Roasted butternut squash puree stuffed into homemade pasta dough battered and pan fried with a spiced coconut mascarpone sauce.
Sauteed jumbo shirmp, grill clams and anduille sausage simmered in seafood broth served with short grain rice and seasoned greens.
Steady Lane grass-fed burger on a Gretchen-made bun served with salad and chips.
Cheeseburger: choice of Cheddar, Swiss or Gouda
Come for dinner on Fridays. Not on Saturdays, unless it’s a special event. Do not put chewing gum in the cloth napkins. No screaming. No twirling on the poles lest you go careening off into the glass bakery case and then to the hospital. Don’t forget to pay for your bread. No bears at the tables. All swordfights must take place outside the store at a minimum of 50 paces away from the front door. No contretemps nor fisticuffs. No smoking or spitting. Swearing softly is permitted among friends.
